1. Approval of resignation of Mr. Devi Singh from the post of Chairmanship of the Company.
2. Recommendation made by Mr. Devi Singh to elect Mr. Yogesh Chander Munjal as Chairman of the Company and after recommendation the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Yogesh Chander Munjal as Chairman of the Company.
3. Approval of resignation received through Mr. Isao Ito from the post of Joint Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. September 30, 2016.
4. Appointment of Mr. Shigeki Kobayashi as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. October 26, 2016
5. Appointment of Mr. Shigeki Kobayashi as Joint Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. October 26, 2016
6. Appointment of Mr. Devi Singh as a new member of the Audit Committee of the Company.
