Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of the Company will be closed for 'Designated Person' under the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading from December 02, 2016 to December 11, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
