| Exchange Received Time 19/08/2017 16:31:56 Exchange Disseminated Time 19/08/2017 16:32:02 Time Taken 00:00:06 | The Hon'ble NCLT, Chandigarh Bench vide its order dated 31st May, 2017 had directed to convene the meeting of the equity shareholders of Anant Raj Limited on Saturday, 29th July, 2017, for the purpose of approving the Composite Scheme of Arrangement among Anant Raj Agencies Private Limited, Tauras Promoters & Developers Private Limited, Anant Raj Limited and Anant Raj Global Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors under section 230-232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. The Chairperson appointed by NCLT submitted his report of voting results in respect of the said meeting to NCLT, Chandigarh Bench on 16th August 2017.
Based on the Report of the Chairperson, the Company has published the voting results in the newspapers - Dainik Tribune-Hindi Edition and Indian Express- English edition on 19th August, 2017. Please find attached newspaper cuttings of voting results of postal ballot/poll and e-voting as published on 19th August, 2017.
