| Exchange Disseminated Time | Indo Tech Transformers Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 23, 2010, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. 1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2010, the Profit & Loss Account of the Company for the year ended on that date and the Reports of the Directors’ and Auditor’s thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Kishore Jayaraman and Mr. Arun Bhalla, as Director of the Company, retires by rotation.
3. Re-appointment of M/s BSR and Co, Chartered Accountants, as statutory auditor of the Company, till the conclusion of the 19th Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & Conditions. |
