| Exchange Disseminated Time | | BF Utilities Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on January 28, 2010, subject to the required approvals being obtained, including approval of the Members of the Company, approved raising of resources upto Rupees One thousand five hundred Crores by issue of securities including equity or equity linked securities, whether by way of Qualified Institutional Placement to Qualified Institutional Buyers, American Depository Receipts, Global Depository Receipts, Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds, convertible warrants, or otherwise on terms to be decided by the Board in accordance with applicable law, to meet Company's long term financing requirements for projects in infrastructure development, urban infrastructure power, renewable energy and other allied fields. |
