| Exchange Disseminated Time | Balmer Lawrie & Company Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to SEBI (Delisting of Securities) Guidelines, 2003, the Company desires to delist the shares from the following stock exchanges as there was no trading volume on their floors:
1. The Stock Exchange, Ahmedabad
2. Madras Stock Exchange Ltd
3. The Delhi Stock Exchange Association Ltd
4. The Calcutta Stock Exchange Association Ltd.
A special resolution in this regard may be passed at the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on September 23, 2005. |
