| Exchange Disseminated Time | Himadri Chemicals & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 23, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2016.
Further, in terms of the Himadri's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window to deal with securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees and connected persons (including their immediate relatives) from May 14, 2016 to May 25 2016 (both days inclusive).
The Trading window will open after 48 hours from the announcement of the Company’s Audited Financial Results to the Stock Exchanges. |
