| Exchange Disseminated Time 07/10/2016 18:07:01 | With reference to the earlier letter dated October 07, 2016, Fortis Healthcare Ltd has now informed BSE that inadvertently there is typo error in the disclosure. The revised disclosure is as under:
"One of our wholly owned subsidiary company i.e. Fortis Healthcare International Limited, incorporate in Mauritius today has agreed to accept a credit facility of SGD 150 Million from Consortium of Bank (Singapore). Please further note that Fortis Healthcare Limited being the holding Company has agreed to provide Corporate Guarantee for the said credit facility upto SGD 165 Million"
The detailed disclosures as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are attached herewith. |
