    1. Mr. Vijay Bijlani has on December 10, 2011 completed his term of 3 years as a Manager of the Company under Companies Act, 1956 (designated as "Chief Executive Officer").

    2. Further Mr. Neeraj Kumar has with effect from December 11, 2011 taken over as the Company’s Manager under Companies Act, 1956 (designated as "Chief Executive Officer"). The approval of the Shareholders shall be sought by way of Postal Ballot for his appointment and remuneration.
