has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 28, 2013, has considered and accepted the resignation of Mr. Peter M. Palm from Managing Directorship of the Company and approved the appointment of Dr. Deepak Parikh as Managing Director of the Company, effective from March 01, 2013.
Mr. Peter Palm would continue as the Vice-Chairman & Executive Director of the Company with effect from March 01, 2013 till April 26, 2013 when Dr. Parikh will takeover also the responsibility as Vice-Chairman of Board. |
