In this Connection, the Company proposes to notify the period from April 29, 2015 to May 08, 2015 as the "Trading Window Closure period" to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Trading Window Closure period" to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015 at the meeting of the Board of Directors to be held on May 07, 2015.
