| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Nucleus Software Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 26, 2014, has appointed Mr. R P Singh as an Additional and Whole Time Director of the Company with immediate effect, whose office shall be liable to retirement by rotation under the Companies Act, 2013. Mr. R P Singh will serve as an Additional Director of the Board till the next General Meeting of the Company, when his appointment as a Whole-time, Executive Director will be placed for approval of the shareholders of the Company. |
