| Exchange Disseminated Time 07/02/2017 09:35:30 | With reference to the earlier latter dated January 13, 2017, Archies Ltd has now informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was scheduled to be held on February 11, 2017, is now re-scheduled to be held on February 13, 2017, due to non-availability of Independent Directors of the Company, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.
Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company which was earlier closed with effect from January 13, 2017 to February 13, 2017 (both days inclusive) is now closed from January 13, 2017 to February 15, 2017 (both days inclusive). |
