| Exchange Disseminated Time | Balaji Amines Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company, by way of Postal Ballot, have approved the following resolutions, with requisite majority:
1. Amemendment in the Clause III(C) of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
2. Authority to the Board for commencing and undertaking all or any of the new businesses and activities as included in the newly introduced Sub-Clauses 10 & 11 in the Other Objects Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company, at such time or times as the Board may deem fit.
In this regard, the Company has submitted to BSE the Scrutinizer report. |
