| Exchange Disseminated Time | Noida Toll Bridge Company Ltd has informed BSE that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on April 06, 2009, inter alia, to approve:
(i) the cancellation of admission to trading (“AIM Cancellation”) on the Alternative Investment Market (“AIM”) of the London Stock Exchange Plc of the global depositary receipts
(ii) the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”) (or a committee thereof or such other person as may be authorised by the Board) be and are hereby authorised to do all such acts, deeds, matters and things and to execute such documents as they may in their absolute discretion deem necessary, expedient or desirable to effect the AIM Cancellation. |
