1. Allotment of 3817712 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each to the Promoter's Group on preferential basis at a price of Rs. 17.50/- per share against the Promoters contribution already infused by the promoters under the CDR package of the Company.
2. The resignation of Mrs. Veena Dadwal and Sh. Ashok Kumar Gupta, Independent Directors, from the Directorship of the Company. |
