| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shalimar Productions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 13, 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:
- Change of Designation of Mr. Chandrashekhar Sharma, Director of the Company from Independent to Executive Director.
Further, the Company had in its Board Meeting dated August 27, 2014 had decided to appoint Mr. Dhananjay Kapoor as Director of the Company. However, due to fall out between the Company and Mr. Kapoor, the required formalities for his appointment could not be carried out with the Regulatory Authorities. Therefore he was never appointed on the Board of the Company. |
