3. Investment limit under section 372A of the Companies Act, 1956.
4. New Name of the Company as "Parnax Lab Ltd".
5. Remuneration to relatives of Director under section 314 of the Companies Act, 1956.
6. Passing of above matters by Postal Ballot under section 192A of the Companies Act 1956 and rules thereon.
7. Constitution of postal ballot committee comprising of following members and delegation of necessary of powers:
1. Prakash Shah - Whole Time Director
2. Baiju Shah - Whole Time Director
