| Exchange Disseminated Time | Savera Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company, will consider to approve the following special resolutions, by way of postal ballot to alter of objects Clause of the Memorandum of Association (MoA) of the Company and commencement of new businesses under Section 17 and 149 (2-A) of the Companies act 1956.
The Company has appointed Mr. R Balasubramaniam - Practicing Company Secretary, as the Scrutinizer for conducting the postal ballot Voting process.
The Postal ballot form duly completed, should reach the Scrutinizer on or before the close of working hours on December 27, 2005. The Scrutinizer will submit his report to the Managing Director after completion of the scrutiny and the results of the postal ballot will be announced by the Managing Director on December 31, 2005. |
