1. Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2010 Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date and Report of the Board of Directors' and Auditors' thereon and Secretarial Compliance Certificate were approved and adopted.
2. Mr. Atul V. Vora, who retired by rotation has been re-appointed as Director.
3. Mr. Mahasukhlal P. Shah, who retired by rotation has been re-appointed as Director.
4. M/s. D. V. Vora & Co., Chartered Accountants have been re-appointed as Auditors of the Company. |
