| Exchange Disseminated Time | Man Infraconstruction Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 25, 2014, inter alia, to consider following:
1. To consider declaration of interim dividend; and
2. To consider and recommend sub-division of face value of Equity Share and consequent amendment to the Capital Clause [Clause V(A)] of Memorandum of Association of the Company, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company.
Further, in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the code) from June 18, 2014 to June 26, 2014 (both days Inclusive). |
