1. Approved the Audited statement of accounts of the Company for the year ended on
March 31, 2008 and the report of Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Declared the dividend @ 15% for the year ended on March 31, 2008.
3. Re-appointed Shri. Hasmukhlal S Parikh & Shri. Shivji R Shah as a Directors of the Company.
4. Re-appointed M/s. Taunk & Srilkanth as the Auditors of the Company from the conclusion of this meeting till the conclusion of next annual general meeting. |
