We would like to draw your kind attention to our letter cited above intimating the date of Board Meeting to consider Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31.12.2017 and intimated the date of meeting on 14th February, 2017. Keeping in view of the holiday on account of Mahasivaratri, it is decided to hold the board meeting on Monday, the 12th day of February, 2018 to consider the un-audited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter ended 31.12.2017.
We therefore request that the revised date of meeting be taken on record pursuant to the Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
