In the same meeting, the Board of Directors of the Company will also consider amongst others, raising of funds upto Rs.500crore through issuance of commercial papers, as and when required.
We further wish to inform you that in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from October 28, 2017 to November 10, 2017 (both days inclusive) for above purposes. |
