| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jindal Worldwide Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 10, 2005, to consider the following :
1. To approve Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2005, and Profit & Loss Accounts for the year ended on that date before their submission to the auditors for their report thereon.
2. To consider and if deemed fit, to recommend declaration of dividend out of the profit of the Company.
3. To consider the matter regarding issue of Bonus Shares out of reserves of the Company.
4. To discuss moderately regarding Initial Public Offer. |
