Trading window closure: As per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from September 06, 2016 to September 16, 2016 (both days inclusive).
