| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gangotri Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Directors' Report, the Balance Sheet as March 31, 2007 and the Profit & Loss Account for the period ended March 31, 2007 and the Auditors Report thereon.
2. Declaration of dividend at Re 0.50 per share on equity shares of Rs 5/- each for the year ended March 31, 2007.
3. Re-appointment of Sri. S Palanisamy & Sri. C R Swaminathan, as Directors of the Company.
4. Re-appointment of M/S. Thakker & Sanghani, Chartered Accountants, Coimbatre & M/s. Srikishen & Co, Chartered Accountants, Coimbatore as Auditors of the Company to hold office as Auditors of the Company from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions. |
