Hindustan Motors Ltd has informed BSE that by an order made on August 08, 2013, as modified by an order the August 22, 2013, the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta has directed that a meeting of the Equity Shareholders of Hindustan Motors Limited, being the Applicant Company No.1 abovenamed (hereinafter referred to as "HML") be held at Kolkata Ice Skating Rink, 78, Syed Amir Ali Avenue, Kolkata - 700 019 on September 23, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving, with or without modification, the proposed Scheme of Arrangement between HML and Hindustan Motor Finance Corporation Limited and their respective shareholders.
