| Exchange Disseminated Time 20/10/2015 10:30:50 | Omax Autos Ltd has informed BSE that the next Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on October 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2015.
Further, pursuant to the provisions of the OMAX Autos' Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insider under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, "Trading Window" shall remain closed from October 22, 2015 to October 30, 2015 (both days inclusive) due to proposed Board Meeting scheduled on October 29, 2015 for consideration & approval of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half yearly ended September 30, 2015.
During the above-mentioned period, all senior/designated persons whether have contractual or fiduciary relation with the Company such as consultants, Auditors, law firms, analysts, accountancy firms, RTA etc. of OMAX Autos Ltd having been assisting or advising company, not to be involved in any transaction of purchase or sale of the Company's Securities.
Further the Company have intimated all concern persons about the same. |
