| Exchange Disseminated Time 19/11/2015 14:23:37 | With reference to the earlier Announcement dated October 29, 2015, regarding Consolidated Financial Results for Sept 30, 2015, Cigniti Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that certain errors regarding cross references that have crept into the said financial results as follows:
1. Deferred Tax liabilities/ (Assets) should be at Rs. (30.73) Lacs in place of (307.34) Lacs
2. Other current liabilities should be at Rs. 754.02 Lacs in place of 1,030.63 Lacs
Company has submitted inadvertent errors are on account of grouping of various accounts and that the revenues, profitability and business performance as disclosed in earlier filings remain unaffected by these revisions.
Now the Company has submitted Revised Financial Results for Sept 30, 2015. |
