Further, with reference to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Trading Window, for dealing in shares of Genus Power Infrastructures Limited by the Directors/KMP/designated persons of the Company as defined in the Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders of the Company, will remain closed from January 15, 2018 upto Forty Eight (48) hours after announcement of the said Financial Results.
