| Exchange Disseminated Time 13/08/2015 18:29:29 | With reference to the Closure of Trading Window, Cigniti Technologies Ltd has now informed BSE that there was typographical error in intimation of closure of trading window which was mentioned as closed from August 04, 2015 to 48 hrs after the publication of the June quarter end results to the public in the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on August 14, 2015 instead in actual being closed from August 02, 2015 to 48 hrs after the publication of the June quarter end results to the public in the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on August 12, 2015.
However internal communication to the employees has been sent that the trading window will be closed from August 02, 2015 to 48 hrs after the publication of the June quarter end results to the public. |
