This is to inform that, the Board of Directors of the Company has today, through resolution passed by circulation approved allotment of 14,83,928 equity shares of Re.1/- each of the Company, fully paid-up, pursuant to conversion of warrants into equity to Ms. D. Tanuja Reddy.
The allotment of 14,83,928 equity shares to Ms. D. Tanuja Reddy will lead to an increase in shareholding percentage of promoters by 0.94% and pursuant to which, Promoter's stake will increase from 29.14% to 30.08% on the expanded capital base.
