| Exchange Disseminated Time | Bhansali Engineering Polymers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2013, inter alia, have considered and approved the following:
1. Recommendation for Final Dividend @ 10% on the nominal value of Paid up share capital of Company consisted of 16,59,05,640 equity shares of Re. 1/- each for Financial Year 2012-2013 (viz Ten Paise per equity shares) subject to approval of members in ensuing Annual General Meeting of Company.
2. Draft of Sub License Agreement and Agreement for Sales Support of Licensed Products (Pertaining to Joint Venture Agreement with Nippon A&L Inc, Japan which was signed on May 11, 2013 and was duly informed to the Stock Exchange(s) and investment of Rs. 1 Crore towards subscription of 50% share capital of Joint Venture Company).
3. Statement in Lieu of Advertisement for F.Y. 2012-2013 pursuant to the provisions of section 58A of Companies Act, 1956. |
