We hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on 28th July, 2017 recommended the appointment of M/s Mohan & Venkataraman, Chartered Accountants (ICAI Regn No.007321S)as statutory auditors of the Company, in place of M/s Gopalaiyer & Subramanian, Chartered Accountants for 5 years from the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, subject to ratification of their appointment by the Members at every intervening Annual General Meeting held after the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, in compliance with the mandatory rotation of auditors as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. This intimation is under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
