We reproduce below the circular issued by the undersigned to the specified employees in this regard.
'This it to inform that, from the opening of business in Stock Exchange on 2nd November 2017, trading (selling, transfer, buying, pledging dealing) of IMIL shares is not permitted by you and your dependents (Parents, Spouse, Sisters, Brothers and Children). This is due to the proposed adoption of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September 2017 at the Board meeting to be held on Thursday, the 9th November 2017.
Trading will be resumed from 12th November 2017 onwards, on opening of business in Stock Exchange.'
