As per the SEBI Insider Trading Regulations, the period of closing of Trading window will now start from January 30, 2014 and will continue till February 13, 2014.
Further, the Directors, Designated employees and their dependent family members cannot trade in securities of the Company during the closing of "Trading Window". |
