| Exchange Disseminated Time | Compuage Infocom Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 15, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following-
1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2015.
2. To consider and approve Dividend, if any on Equity Share Capital for the F.Y. 2014-15.
Further, with reference to SEBI Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading for Listed Companies (Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992) and as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors and Designated Employees from May 07, 2015 to May 15, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
