Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 30th January, 2018, to approve, interalia, the Unaudited Financial Results for the Third Quarter & Nine Months ended on 31st December, 2017.
Further, in accordance with Company's code of conduct for prevention of insider trading, the trading window for the shares of the Company will remain closed from 1st January, 2018 to 1st February, 2018 (both days inclusive).
