| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Kesar Terminals & Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 17, 2012 approved the reappointment of Shri J. K. Devgupta, Whole Time Director designated as Executive Director of the Company with effect from May 11, 2012 for a period of 2 years at a remuneration considered and approved by the Remuneration Committee. The said reappointment and his terms of reappointment (including his remuneration) shall be subject to the approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. |
