1. Considered and approved resignation tendered by Mr. Nirav Momaya, Company Secretary of the Company and he is relieved of his responsibilities effective from the close of business hours on October 23, 2015. Consequent to his resignation as Company Secretary, Mr. Nirav Momaya also ceases to be the Compliance Officer of the Company. His successor shall be appointed shortly and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange. |
