1. Adoption of Insider Trading Policy :
The Board of Directors has adopted the Code of Insider Trading Policy containing Code of Conduct for Insiders and Practices & Procedure for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information as required under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
2. Appointment of Chief Financial Officer :
The Board of Directors have appointed Mr. Rohit Pandey as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with immediate effect. |
