Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company, will be closed for the purpose of declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter / half year ended September 30, 2015 for the Designated Persons (including Directors) and their immediate relatives, from November 05, 2015 till 48 hours after the announcement of the aforesaid Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive). |
