With reference to the earlier intimation dated 30th October, 2017, regarding the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company which was scheduled to be held on 9th November, 2017 to inter alia consider, approve and take on records Unaudited Financial Results of the company along with Limited Review Report for the quarter ended 30th September, 2017.
In this regard, we hereby inform you that due to unavailability of the quorum the meeting of the Board of Directors is postponed and rescheduled to Tuesday, 14th November, 2017 at the registered office of the Company at Mumbai.
