| Exchange Disseminated Time | Compuage Infocom Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 12, 2010, has decided that subject to the approval of members and other statutory authorities as may be required:
1. The limit of Investment by Foreign Institutional Investor (FIIs) in the Company's Share Capital be increased.
2. The limit of Investment by NRIs and PIOs in the Company's Equity Share Capital be increased.
The Board has decided to conduct a Postal Ballot exercise for this purpose and appointed Mr. Virendra Bhatt, Practicing Company Secretary as the Scrutinizer for the Postal Ballot exercise. |
