| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement dated August 19, 2008 regarding EGM on Sep 10, 2008, Marksans Pharma Ltd has now informed BSE that in the said notice of the EGM the amount to be receive by the Company from issue of 8400241 Equity shares of Re 1/- each of the Company to M/s. Barnacle LLC, on preferential allotment basis, is mentioned as Rs "16,89,87,000/-". However the actual amount is Rs "16,90,12,849/-". This is due to typographical and printing error on the part of the Company.
The said amount should be read as Rs "16,90,12,849/-". |
