| Exchange Disseminated Time | Vakrangee Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration and Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 16, 2016 has approved and allotted 38875 numbers of Equity Shares having Face Value of Re. 1/- each to the employees of the Company (the Allottees) pursuant to exercise of options under the Company's Employee Stock Option (ESOP) Scheme.
Post allotment of 38875 shares of face value of Re. 1/- each, the Company's issued and paid-up share capital stands increased to 529196170 Equity Shares of face value of Re. 1/- each aggregating to Rs. 52,91,96,170/-. |
