| Exchange Disseminated Time | Skipper Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 22, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015 and to recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.
Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window shall be closed on and from May 15, 2015 and shall reopen on May 25, 2015 i.e. after expiry of 24 hours from the announcement of the Audited Financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015. |
