Further, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel and designated employees of the Company from July 31, 2015 to August 15, 2015 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. |
