| Exchange Disseminated Time | Visa Steel Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 14, 2014, inter alia, has approved the following:
1. Resignation of Mr. Pankaj Gautam as Joint Managing Director & CEO and Director of the Company from close of business hours on February 28, 2014.
2. Appointment of Mr. Punkaj Kumar Bajaj as an Additional Director as well as Joint Managing Director & CEO (Steel Business) of the Company for the period of 3 years with effect from March 01, 2014. The appointment of Mr. Bajaj and the remuneration payable to him is subject to the approval of the Member and such other approvals as may be necessary, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. |
